Good shopping

About a 45 minute bus journey. On our day the bus was late. The Mall was quiet when we got there. We headed to stores on our wish list first to make sure we did them. This place is massive and easy to get lost so make sure you know where the pick up place is. The trip says its accessible, luckily I am able to walk a short distance but my husband had to lift my scooter into the bus (the driver helped) but on the way back it was a mini van so definitely would not of been accessible for some. Maybe it would be good to find out what kind of accessibility individuals require before.

Everything was on point

I really enjoy myself. Everything was beautiful. The tour bus dropped us off on time . They also picked us up on time as well. The mall was real big. They had a lot of good sales. The food was delicious.

Excellent service

We booked this trip several times and is always good. It is organized, the bus is comfortable and the drivers are always very nice. I do recommend it, it is easier than going in your own car and there is plenty space for luggage.

Late, driver asking for tip

Bus was late for departure and return. Office crowded, which made departing late. Driver keeps asking for tip (minimum requested $5 per peson).
